     Tday, the eighty-eighth day from the beginning of spring. I went to get tea picking.

     Let me introduce how to make Uji Green Tea.
・Matcha
Matcha is the powdered tea used in the Tea Ceremony. The powdering process is done in a stone mill.
1. Put Matcha(1.5~2g) in the tea bowl per serving.
2.Pour the boliing water(70cc) Over the matcha in the teabowl
3.Whio the mixture with a bamboo tea whisk until it becomes frothy.

・Sencha
Enjoy the slightly bitter flavor and freshness.
1.Put 8g Sencha in the teapot.
2.Purt 80℃ hot water(150CC) over Sencha. Steep for 1 minute.
3.Do not leave any drop of tea in the teapot. The last drop in the best drop.

・Gyokuro
Experience the rich flavor and the aromatic "Gyokuro".
1.Put 10g Gyoukuro in the teapot.
2.Pour 50℃ hot water(100cc) over Gyokuro. Steep for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
3.Do not leave any drop of tea in the teapot. The last drop is the best drop.

・Kabusecha
Discover the delicious taste and the green aroma.
1.Put 8g Kabusecha in the teapot.
2.Pour 80℃ hot water(150CC) over Kabusecha. Steep for 1 minute.
3.Do not leave any drop of tea in the teapot. The last drop is the best drop.
